Michelle Gubala

Michelle Gubala is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient services management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Patient Services at Midwest Orthopaedic Consultants since May 2015, Michelle has progressed through various roles including Manager of Patient Services and MRI Coordinator. Prior to this, Michelle held positions as a Lab Technician at Adventist HealthCare and Metro South Medical Center, where responsibilities included obtaining blood specimens, customer service, and maintaining operational logs. An early career as an Administrative Intern at Advocate Health Care entailed developing business strategies and marketing materials. Additionally, Michelle worked as Lead Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, emphasizing patient care, staff training, and family support. Michelle earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Governors State University in 2012.
