Marissa Falco

Marissa Falco is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in risk assessment and technical coordination within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Risk Assessment and Mitigation Technical Coordinator at Midwest Reliability Organization since December 2018, Marissa manages the processing of findings related to noncompliance with NERC Reliability Standards, oversees system application launches, and supports continuous process improvement initiatives. Previously, as a Risk Assessment and Mitigation Administrator, Marissa developed metrics for evaluating progress and maintained stakeholder relationships. Prior experience includes a role as a Zoo Keeper at the Minnesota Zoo, where Marissa provided care for exotic animals and coordinated community engagement programs. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from Nova Southeastern University and an Associate of Arts from Florida Keys Community College.
