Kim Hamrick Counts

Kim Hamrick Counts is an experienced commercial underwriter specializing in forestry and wood products, currently working at Midwestern Insurance Alliance since August 2017. As a co-founder of The Ta-tinis LLC, Kim partners with hospitals and cancer centers in the midlands to advocate for breast cancer awareness and support for newly diagnosed young women. Previous experience includes positions at QBE the Americas as both an underwriter and assistant underwriter focused on commercial workers compensation insurance, as well as serving as an underwriting assistant at Capital City Insurance in the area of assigned risk. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Bob Jones University, obtained in 2002.
