John Delutis

John Delutis is an experienced professional in capital projects and project management, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Capital Projects at Midwood Investment & Development since November 2019. Previously, John held roles as Senior Project Manager at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield from January 2019 to November 2019 and as Project Manager at Westfield from July 2014 to January 2019. John began career as a Mechanical Engineer at AKF Group from May 2011 to July 2014 and gained initial experience as a Mechanical Intern at Jaros Baum & Bolles in the summer of 2010. John holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering Management with a Mechanical Specialization from The College of New Jersey, completed in 2010.
