Lance Hohaia

Lance Hohaia currently serves as the Regional Vice President at Forma Insights, where the focus is on delivering advanced data analytics to enhance movement performance and wellness for various stakeholders. Since January 2021, Lance has been the foundational Head Coach for men's rugby at Aquinas College, overseeing multiple aspects of the program's development, including instruction, recruitment, and compliance. Additionally, since June 2020, Lance has engaged in domestic procurement at MiEN Environments, specializing in purchasing processes and vendor negotiations. Previous roles include Head Coach for men's rugby at Davenport University, Licensed Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and various sales positions. Lance boasts a professional rugby career that includes tenures with the Vodafone Warriors, New Zealand Rugby League, and St. Helens R.F.C., complemented by an Associate's degree in Applied Management from the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand.
