Idan Pereman

Idan Pereman is the Co-Founder & Mycology Director at Mush Foods, where Idan is responsible for developing substrate and growing conditions for mycelium. Idan also works as a Principal Investigator at MIGAL Galilee Research Institute, studying transcriptome-metabolome approaches in mushroom cultivation. Idan holds post-doctoral, bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees in Biology from various universities.
