Emily Guthrie

Emily Guthrie has a strong background in product management and design. Emily is currently working as the Lead Product Manager / Designer at Mightier, where they manage and designs various new products, conducts user research, and collaborates with different teams to prioritize projects. Prior to this, they worked at AskWyse as a Product Designer, where they developed a senior care resource locator website and managed visual design for the brand. Emily also has experience as a Product Designer / Industrial Design at Staples, where they played a key role in bringing a new furniture brand to life. Additionally, Emily has worked as an Industrial Designer at Eureka Vacuums, Factor[e] Ventures, GuthrieMade, Pacific Market International, and SPARQ Home, where they were involved in various aspects of product development, design research, brand strategy, and packaging design.

Emily Guthrie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which they attended from 2008 to 2011. Emily also pursued further education in User Experience Design at General Assembly from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, Emily Guthrie studied Fine/Studio Arts, General at Mississippi State University.
