Monica Bua

Monica Bua serves as President of Executive Intelligence and Board Director at Censia since January 2019, along with roles on the Board of Advisors for Forbes Human Resources Council since March 2021 and on the Board of Directors for So They Can since May 2022. Prior to Censia, Monica Bua was with Morgan Samuels from October 2004 to April 2022, where positions included Managing Director, Senior Partner, Principal, and Senior Consultant. Early career experience includes a role in recruiting at Trilogy Inc from 1999 to 2001. Monica Bua holds a BA Magna Cum Laude in Human Development and Spanish Literature from Boston College and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
