Bryan Tan

Bryan Tan has a wealth of experience in business entrepreneurship, brand building, digital marketing and people management. Bryan began their career in 2000 as the New Media Manager at Finex Communications, where they developed interactive applications for MNCs such as AMD, Sony, Apple, ABN AMRO and IKEA. In 2002, they founded React Pte Ltd and grew the business from 3 to 20 staff. In 2011, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Go/REACT, managing a team of 32. In 2013, they joined Digital Alchemy (Singapore) Pte Ltd as General Manager and doubled the size of the company. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Director and Co-founder of XM Studios, where they managed licensor relationships with the world's top entertainment brands. In 2020, they became the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Mighty Jaxx. During their time at XM Studios, they achieved several awards, including the Emerging Enterprise Awards 2018 organized by OCBC Bank, Golden Mickey for Best Innovation product, Best Statue Company in the World and Top 100 Elite & Trustworthy SMEs (Singapore).

Bryan Tan's education history includes attending Fairfield Methodist Secondary School, followed by School of Film & Media Studies, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where they obtained a Diploma in Film, Sound and Video from 1994 to 1997. Bryan then attended Curtin University from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Design. In 2019, they completed a course in Leading Business Transformation in Asia at INSEAD. In 2021, they completed the Scale-up SG Stanford Executive Programme at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Bryan Tan has obtained two certifications: Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite in March 2020, and Leading Business Transformation in Asia from INSEAD Executive Education in August 2019.
