Lars Gjøls-Andersen is a Partner & Client Director at MIGHTY MONDAY and also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Blonde Inc. Lars is the Co-founder of Brandlife Sport and Chairman Of The Board at ChaseRace, an eSport start-up. Lars is also a Co-Founder of SPOT:ON Club, a club of Brand Activators, and the Founder of Staircase Consulting, a consultancy specializing in creative business development. Lars has experience in business development, commercial strategy, branding, and brand activation through various leadership positions in different companies. Lars also founded Talento Performance Academy and co-founded Network with a heart. Lars holds a degree in HA Marketing from Copenhagen Business School.
