Manami Masters

Manami Masters has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Manami is currently working at Mighty Networks as a Mighty Pro Launch Specialist. Prior to this, they were a Customer Success Advocate at Mighty Networks. Manami also worked at Madefor as a Customer Success & Operations team member. At Children's Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), they served as a Quality Improvement Coordinator, Data Coordinator, and Administrative Resident. In their role at aMAYZing Kids, they worked as a Medical Administrator and Medical Scheduler. Manami also gained experience as a Server at The Kickin' Crab. Additionally, they worked as a Wellness/Marketing Intern at UCI Worklife & Wellness for Faculty and Staff and held positions of Assistant Manager and Camp Counselor at M&M Sports, Inc.

Manami Masters pursued a Master's Degree in Health Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Health Policy at UC Irvine from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Manami Masters obtained several certifications, including PN Level 1 Nutrition Certification and PN Level 1 Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery Coaching Certification from Precision Nutrition in January 2023. Manami also holds a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) certification from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy Inc., obtained in May 2021. Furthermore, Manami obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the University of Southern California - Sol Price School of Public Policy in November 2017, Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in October 2019, Lean Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in September 2018, Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in October 2019, and Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional (HACP) from CIHQ - Center for Improvement in Healthcare Quality in August 2018.
