Nicholas H.

Nicholas H. has over 10 years of work experience. Nicholas started their career as a Student Consultant at McMaster University in 2008. Nicholas then moved on to become a Teaching Assistant and Lead Senior Student Consultant at the same university. In 2012, Nicholas joined IBM as a Systems Optimization Analyst and then moved to Technical Support Analyst in 2014. In 2015, they began working at TD as an IT Specialist - ITIL, Solutions Architect - IT Engineer Associate - 3rd Rotation, and Cloud DevOps - IT Engineer Associate - 2nd Rotation. In 2017, they joined Auvenir as a DevOps Engineer. In 2018, Nicholas joined Prodigy Education as a DevOps Technical Product Manager and Cloud/DevOps Engineer. Nicholas is currently working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Mighty Networks since 2022.

Nicholas H. obtained a B.Sc. in Life Science (Psychology) from McMaster University between 2006 and 2009. Nicholas then continued their studies at McMaster University, completing a degree in Business Informatics in the field of Computer Science in 2014. In addition, they hold certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice for an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management obtained in December 2016, The Royal Conservatory of Music for Piano - Grade 9 and History and Harmony - Grade 3 obtained in August 2006, Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance for a Canadian Ski Instructor obtained in December 2005, Scuba 2000, Richmond Hill for a Scuba Diving PADI - Open Water Certification obtained in 2004, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) for an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate obtained in July 2018.
