Bethany Natoli

Bethany Natoli has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 with a Program Intern role at Starfish One-by-One. Bethany then took on a Project Consultant role at Yachana Foundation in the same year. In 2012, Natoli worked as an Associate Director of Impact Measurement at Fields of Growth International and a Program Assistant at International Women's Forum. In 2013, they were the Director of Outreach and Partnerships at Roots of Development. Finally, Natoli has been with Mightycause since 2014, beginning as an Account Manager and progressing through roles as Senior Account Manager, Manager of Strategic Outreach, Director of Community Engagement, and Vice President of Community Engagement.

Bethany Natoli received their Master's in International Development Practice from the University of Denver in 2012, with a focus in Non-Profit Administration and Financial Management.
