Danielle Vogado

Danielle Vogado serves as the Head of Human Development at MIGNOW since December 2021, where a focus is placed on automating conversion processes between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA to enhance organizational technology and sustainability. Concurrently, Danielle holds roles at ESSENCE as the Manager and Coordinator of People and Culture, overseeing strategic HR initiatives. Prior to these positions, Danielle co-founded Minimalista!, a consultancy dedicated to improving employee experience and employer branding. Experience also includes senior project leadership in recruitment at Matchbox Brasil, quality analysis and recruitment management at Page Outsourcing, and roles in recruitment and human resources at HProjekt and Engeform. Danielle holds a post-graduate specialization in Mentoring from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, complemented by an earlier degree from FEI.
