Jillian Hopewell began their work experience in 1995 as the Director of Education and Professional Development at the Migrant Clinicians Network. Jillian held this position for an indefinite period of time. In 2014, they transitioned to become an Adjunct Faculty member at California State University, Chico. Their role as an Adjunct Faculty member lasted until 2016.
Jillian Hopewell completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy from Occidental College, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Jillian then pursued further studies at The University of Texas at Austin, earning a Master of Arts degree in Latin American Studies from 1990 to 1994. To enhance their qualifications, Jillian also obtained a Master of Public Administration degree from the same institution, studying from 1991 to 1994.
