Mark Braschinsky has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Mark started working as a Senior Neurologist at Tartu University Hospital in 2000 and is currently still in this role. In 2010, they joined the University of Tartu as a Lecturer and later became an Associate Professor. Mark has been working at the university since then, with no specified end date. In 2011, Mark founded the Estonian Headache Society and served as its President until October 2021. Mark also became a Board Member of the European Headache Federation in 2016, serving until September 2021. In 2012, they joined Kliinik Elite AS as a Consultant Neurologist, and their tenure ended in January 2021. Mark has also been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures, including being the Co-Founder of Cefalmedic since 2016 and the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer (CScO) of Migrevention since 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Neurologist at BS Medical Aesthetics since 2018. Moreover, Mark served as a Board Member of the International Headache Society from January 2017 to December 2019.

Mark Braschinsky completed their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Tartu from 1993 to 1999. Mark then pursued a Neurology Residency Program at the same university from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Neurology from the University of Tartu from 2003 to 2010.
