Nicole Paler possesses a diverse background in real estate and account management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Advisor at both Douglas Elliman Real Estate and Compass since 2022, Nicole has demonstrated expertise in the real estate sector. Prior experience includes a role as Key Account Manager at UniFirst Corporation from June 2021 to March 2023, as well as serving as a Leap Associate. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology from John Carroll University and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
