Amit Shah

Amit Shah is the SVP, Secretary & General Counsel at MiTek. Amit has held this position since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at MiTek Industries, Inc. from July 2013 to January 2021. Amit Shah began their legal career as a law clerk to Hon. Celeste F. Bremer, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa from August 1995 to August 1996.

Amit Shah completed their J.D. at the University of Iowa College of Law and their A.B. in Theirtory/Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis.

Amit Shah reports to Mark Thom, Chairman & CEO. Amit Shah works with Tom Valvo - President, Homebuilding Solutions, Lance Howard - President, Commercial Building Solutions, and Rachel Seward - SVP, Corporate Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility.
