Christopher Rotolo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational psychology. As Vice President of Global Talent at MiTek since 2021, Christopher has been integral in transforming the building industry through innovative solutions. Simultaneously serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University since 2002, Christopher teaches graduate courses in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Christopher's previous roles include Vice President of Talent Management & Organization Development at PepsiCo, where responsibilities encompassed global talent management systems and culture transformation for over 260,000 associates. With a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University, Christopher has also held key positions at IBM, Sirota Consulting Corporation, and the FBI, contributing to various leadership development and organizational assessment initiatives.
