Tamara started their career at Linehub in April 2018 as the Office Manager and HR Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for the entire office management and HR for the company. This included implementing, rolling out, and maintaining the iHCM (ADP) system, rolling out Chromebooks and setting up workstations, managing the Google G-suite, and guiding the process after the Conversive acquisition (moving offices, acquiring HR, and managing office-related matters).
In December 2019, Tamara left Linehub to join Mijndomein as the HR Advisor. In this role, they are responsible for advising management and employees on HR-related matters, administering employee mutations for multiple companies (in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Norway, and Germany), coordinating the renovation of two floors, being the point of contact for facilities-related matters and managing cleaning, handyman, and other services, ordering office supplies, managing the company fleet, and overseeing other perks such as NS Business Cards, access passes, and parking permits.
Tamara de Groot has a Bachelor in International Hotel & Hospitality Management from EuroCollege Hogeschool and a VWO / Pre-University Education in Economie & Maatschappij from Comenius College. Tamara also has a certification from Uitzendmedewerker ABU CAO in SEU diploma and from SVH in Sociale Hygiene.
