Lucas Thoma

Lucas Thoma is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resource management and organizational development. Currently serving as an HR-businesspartner at MIK & PIW Groep since July 2023, Lucas previously held positions including HR-businesspartner (project) at Intergarde, People Business Partner at DocMorris, and HR-manager at Heuschen & Schrouff Oriental Food for over two decades. In addition to being a founding board member of HR Kenniskring Zuid-Limburg, Lucas has also contributed to various organizations in leadership roles, such as chairman of a homeowners association and member, chairman, and secretary of Ronde Tafel 196 Gravenrode. Educational achievements include a HBO degree in Personnel and Labor from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, intensive German language training from Regina Coeli, and further studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
