Lauren MacKay

Lauren MacKay is an experienced professional in various leadership and operational roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Tour Guide at Mike's Bike Tours since April 2024, Lauren previously held the position of Talent at Klue, a competitive intelligence platform, from October 2020 to January 2024. Prior to Klue, Lauren was the Senior Manager of Performance, Strategy & Enablement at ATB Financial, following the acquisition of Grow Technologies, where Lauren served as Manager of Employee Experience from October 2015 until November 2019. Earlier career experience includes roles as Executive Team Lead at Target and Residence Life Advisor at the University of Waterloo.
