Rukaya Munim is an experienced Tarot card reader, healer, and trainer, with over four years of practice in various healing modalities, including Reiki, Angel Reading, Pendulum Dowsing, and Crystal Healing. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Influencer Marketing and Online Reputation Management at Miko, Rukaya manages social media and oversees team operations. Previous roles include positions at Tech Mahindra as a Chat Executive, Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Deputy Manager, and TTEC as a Chat Sales and Service Associate. Rukaya began a career in customer service as a CSR in BPO. Rukaya holds an MBA in Finance Management from Principal L N Welingkar Institute, a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Vidya Niketan Degree College, and is pursuing advanced studies in Digital Marketing at Kallada Academy.
