Kenan Kumro

Kenan Kumro is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as a Senior Hospitality Consultant - PMS at mikos since December 2023. Prior to this, Kenan Kumro held the position of Service Delivery Specialist at HRS (Hospitality & Retail Systems) from March 2020 to November 2023. Kenan Kumro has also worked at Swissotel Sarajevo and Novotel Sarajevo as Cluster Head of Reservations and Revenue and Deputy to GM from March 2019 to March 2020, as well as Head of Reservations and Revenue at Swissôtel Sarajevo from March 2018 to March 2019. Earlier roles include Front Office Manager at Novotel Sarajevo Bristol / AccorHotels from February 2010 to March 2018, and Front Office Agent at Hotel Europe Sarajevo from December 2008 to February 2010. Kenan Kumro is a graduate of the University of Sarajevo.
