Richard Marney

Richard Marney is a seasoned professional in risk management and investment consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Head of Risk Management at responsAbility Investments AG since 2014. In addition to this role, Richard holds various leadership positions including Member of the Board of Directors for the Gaia Africa Climate Fund and the African Guarantee Fund, as well as independent board roles at Oasis Credit Uzbekistan and FINCA Armenia. Richard also serves as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Swiss EP, a Senior Investment Consultant with the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), and a Senior Advisor for Beacon Fund. Previous experience includes leading fund management and market strategy at Developing World Markets from 2011 to 2014. Richard holds degrees from The Johns Hopkins University, American University, and University College London.
