Janis Buchanan

Janis Buchanan is an experienced Human Resources professional with a history of supporting various organizations in enhancing their HR functions. Currently serving as a Human Resources Partner at Mikro Systems, Inc. since March 2023, Janis previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at Cabinetworks Group from January 2021 to March 2023, successfully expanding the workforce from 250 to 325 employees. Prior HR positions include Human Resources Business Partner at TE Connectivity, Human Resources Manager at Berry Global, Inc., Human Resources Business Partner at Telvista, and HR Generalist at Annin Flagmakers. Janis obtained a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University in 2012 and holds a B.S. in Organizational Management & Development from Bluefield University, graduated in 2004.
