I-Lan Jiang has a diverse work experience. I-Lan began their career in 2014 at Foxconn, where they served as a Management Associate. During their time there, they led strategic projects, designed marketing strategies, and managed corporate and E-commerce departments. In 2015, they joined Join Public Relations Co., Ltd as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on fashion and luxury brands such as CHANEL, Christian Dior, Cartier, BVLGARI, Tiffany & Co., Piaget, Estee Lauder, Longchamp, and adidas Originals. In 2018, they moved to Quake Capital Partners as an MBA Venture Associate, Marketing and Events. Most recently, they have been with Milani Cosmetics since 2019, where they have held the roles of Senior Manager International Marketing, International Marketing Manager - Brand Innovation, and International Marketing Asst. Manager - Brand Innovation.
I-Lan Jiang attended National Taiwan University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature. In 2012, they completed a Marketing/Marketing Management, General program at King's College London. I-Lan then attended USC Marshall School of Business from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Marketing.
