Jake Niess

Jake Niess is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Project Superintendent at Milender White since August 2016. Over the years, Jake Niess has held various positions within the company, including Area Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Field Engineer. Prior to Milender White, Jake Niess gained valuable experience as a Superintendent Intern at GH Phipps Construction Companies for a brief period in 2016, as well as completing internships at Milender White during 2014 and 2015, where responsibilities included rough framing coordination and completing punch activities for key projects. Jake Niess holds a degree from Colorado State University, completed in 2016.
