Sonja Rittmann has a work experience of over 17 years. From 2004 to 2009, they worked as a Projektmanager at think global GmbH. Sonja then joined Milengo in 2009 as an Account Manager and was later promoted to the role of Head of Customer Success in July 2022.
Sonja Rittmann received an Erasmusstipendium in 2002 to study Portuguese language and literature translation at ISLA Campus Lisboa, Portugal. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2003, they pursued a Diplom-Übersetzerin degree specializing in applied language and cultural studies in English, Spanish, and Portuguese at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. Additionally, they received a study abroad scholarship in American studies at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2000 to 2001.
