Jaclyn Powell

Jaclyn Powell is an experienced paralegal currently serving as the Bankruptcy Section Chair for the Orange County Paralegal Association since February 2024. Since December 2021, Jaclyn has been employed at Wright Finlay & Zak, LLP, and previously held a paralegal position at Lake Forest Bankruptcy from November 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included organizing files, document gathering for attorneys and trustees, client meetings via Zoom, calculating means tests, and building Chapter 13 plans. Prior to this, Jaclyn worked at ZBS Law, LLP from August 2013 to July 2020. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Santa Ana College.
