Kelsey Slater M.s., Bcaba

Kelsey Slater, M.S., BCaBA, currently serves as a Training Specialist and previously as a Behavior Specialist 2 at Milestones Behavioral Services since July 2020. With experience dating back to 2010, Kelsey has worked in various positions including Clinical Support Manager and Lead Behavioral Therapist at Allgood & Tehrani Licensed Behavior Analysts, PLLC, and Instructor at NYC Autism Charter Schools. Kelsey has effectively collected and analyzed data on target behaviors, implemented behavioral intervention plans, and collaborated with families and educational staff to support students with Autism and special needs. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Research and Experimental Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University.
