Shaul Mukhtar

Shaul Mukhtar has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Shaul is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Mileutis Ltd. Since joining in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Member Board of Directors at Univo Pharmaceuticals LTD starting from June 2019. Before that, they worked in Consulting Services at L.S.M Consulting Services from February 2018. Shaul was also an Affiliated Partner at GlobalClose Alliances (GCA) from July 2018.

During their career, Shaul Mukhtar has held significant leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Shaul served as the Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer at PolyPid from March 2019 to March 2022. Previously, they worked at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they held multiple roles including SVP, Chief Operating Officer and Regional R&D Manager for Teva Japan & South Korea, Vice President, Global Generic R&D, Regional Manager for International Markets, Vice President and General Manager of R&D Initiatives group, and VP of Global Portfolio for Hospital Products.

Prior to their tenure at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Shaul Mukhtar held positions at Sheba - Tel Ha Shomer Hospital, where they served as the Vice President of R&D and Medical Technologies and Deputy Manager of the Logistics Department. Shaul also had a successful military career in the Israel Defence Forces, where they served as the Commander of IDF Medical Logistics Center and Chief Pharmacist of the Medical Corps.

Shaul Mukhtar completed their education in two different institutions. From 1991 to 1995, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Later, in 2001 and 2002, Shaul attended Tel Aviv University, where they obtained an Executive MBA degree with a focus on International Business.
