Greg Martin

Greg is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Milhaus. In his role, Greg directly oversees both the construction and pre-construction teams and ensures the daily operations of development across all markets maintain within the pace of personnel growth and future pipeline.

Greg has led the development and construction of large mixed-use projects totaling over $900M in the Midwest, Texas and Florida. His expertise in development underwriting and construction management allows Milhaus to consistently deliver on project expectations. Greg’s varied experience has included development, brokerage, construction, asset management, appraisal and market analysis of investment grade properties. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute where he was awarded the MAI designation, the Indiana Leadership Forum Board of Directors, Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University with majors in Finance and Real Estate.
