Antarika Sen, PhD has a strong background in research and analysis. Antarika currently holds the position of Associate Research Director at Milieu Insight, where they have been since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Research Manager from January 2021 to December 2022 and as a Research Manager from July 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining Milieu Insight, Antarika worked at Momentum Works as the Head of Business Intelligence and Content from June 2018 to April 2019. Additionally, they led a team to develop the Momentum Works Index, a comprehensive assessment of investment opportunities in emerging markets. This index was launched at the World Internet Conference in China.

Antarika's educational background includes a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from the National University of Singapore, which they completed from August 2012 to November 2018. Antarika achieved first-class honors with a GPA of 4.8/5.0 and was awarded the prestigious NGS-PhD scholarship. During their PhD, they published papers in top-tier journals.

Antarika Sen, PhD, completed their education in chronological order. From 2006 to 2008, they attended Gandhi Memorial International School, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate degree. Following this, they enrolled at the National University of Singapore from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree with Honours in Biomedical Sciences. Driven to further their knowledge, they then pursued a doctorate at the same institution, specializing in Cognitive Science from 2012 to 2018, and successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree.
