Derek Tan

Derek Tan has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Senior Human Resources Manager at Milieu Insight starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Milieu Insight from July 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Milieu Insight, Derek worked at Trax Retail as the Human Resources Manager for the APAC region from January 2021 to July 2021. Derek also served as the HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trax Retail from May 2019 to January 2021. Derek's previous experience includes working as a Recruitment Manager at FranklinCovey Singapore from March 2018 to May 2019, and as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Dairy Farm Group from July 2017 to December 2017. Derek began their career as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources and Administration at Auric Pacific Group, where they worked from July 2013 to July 2017.

Derek Tan's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from RMIT University, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Derek Tan has also obtained the certification "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in July 2021.
