Bernice Peller

Bernice Peller, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various management roles. Currently serving as HR Manager at Mililani Town Association since May 2020, Bernice previously held the position of HR Manager at the Boys & Girls Club of Hawaii and worked as Employee Relations Manager at Hawaii Pacific Health. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Waikiki Health and as a Social Worker II in the Developmental Disabilities Division of the Hawaii State Department of Health. Bernice began their career as Patient Services Coordinator at the National Kidney Foundation of Hawaii. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
