Victoria Twyne

Victoria Twyne has been with the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) since 2001, serving in various roles including Program Manager, Specialist, and Chapter Affairs Specialist. In these positions, Victoria has led and facilitated a visit program, coordinated awards programs, and generated reports analyzing conduct trends. Victoria possesses strong customer service skills and is currently a graduate student with a focus on Human Resources Management. Additionally, Victoria has been involved in the Human Resources department at Walden University since 2009 and earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Walden University between 2010 and 2012.
