Simanta Mohanty

Simanta Mohanty's work experience starts in 2005 when they worked as an HR Consultant for CARE India, assisting with organizational capacity building for relief efforts in tsunami-ravaged Sri Lanka. Simanta then served as a Program Support Manager at CARE India, overseeing diverse portfolios such as HR, administration, procurement, finance, and IT assets in Uttar Pradesh and the Andaman and Nicobar islands.

From 2006 to 2008, Simanta worked as an Associate Vice-President at Wipro BPO, where they focused on talent engagement and development. Simanta then joined IBM India Pvt Ltd as a General Manager of Human Resources, responsible for all generalist HR actions and implementing the "Voice of Employee Clinic" program.

Simanta's experience with policy-making and strategic advisory on HR issues came from their role as the Director of Human Resources, Administration, and Corporate Communications at Totem Infrastructure Ltd.
