Ana Moreno

Ana Moreno has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Ana is currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at Milk Moovement since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Shopify as the Recruiting Manager, Engineering from December 2021 to September 2022. Before joining Shopify, Ana worked at Arctic Wolf in various roles, including Senior Manager, Recruiting from May 2021 to December 2021, Recruiting Manager from November 2019 to May 2021, and Recruitment Business Partner from January 2019 to November 2019. Ana also gained valuable experience at Sandvine as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist from June 2018 to January 2019 and as a Recruiter from March 2018 to June 2018. Ana started their career at ISU Corp as a Human Resources Analyst from February 2012 to January 2014 and later served as a Human Resources Specialist from January 2014 to March 2018.

Ana Moreno completed their Human Resources Management Diploma at McMaster University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources from Conestoga College in 2016. Recently, Ana has earned several additional certifications from LinkedIn, including "Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program," "Equity First: The Path to Inclusion and Belonging," "Inclusion in a Global Enterprise," "Inclusive Leadership," and "Advancing Your Skills as an HR Business Partner." These certifications were obtained in 2023, with the exception of "Advancing Your Skills as an HR Business Partner," which was obtained in April 2023.
