Lou Gilgenkrantz began their work experience in 2002 as the Trade Marketing Director at LVMH - Watch & Jewelry. From 2004 to 2006, they served as the Business Development Director - Europe for LVMH - Benefit Cosmetics. In 2006, they became the Managing Director at CARGO Cosmetics and held the position until 2011. Following this, from 2011 to 2014, Lou worked as a Sales & Marketing Consultant at Gilgenkrantz Consulting, providing high-level support to various clients in the EMEA region. In 2014, they joined Too Faced Cosmetics as the Managing Director, where they created an international business model and distribution strategy for 26 markets. In 2018, Lou became the General Manager, International at ZOEVA GmbH until 2019. Currently, they are Head of International at Milk Makeup.
Lou Gilgenkrantz attended the Convent of the Holy Family in Littlehampton, West Sussex from 1974 to 1985. They then pursued a degree in Marketing at Chichester College of Technology from 1985 to 1986, where they studied subjects such as Business French, Business German, Marketing, and Business Studies.
