Kim Uhland has a long career in business development and project management. Kim began their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Philadelphia Sign Company. In 2004, they moved to Cambridge Investment Co. as a Project Manager-Acquisitions and Development, where they performed due-diligence and project underwriting activities on potential acquisitions. Kim also managed over $1 Million in new construction and property maintenance contracts for a portfolio of 12 self-storage and apartment facilities. In 2007, they joined The Daniel Island Company as a Builder Program Coordinator. In 2012, they became an Operations Coordinator and Starts Coordinator at Meritage Homes, where they controlled permitting for residential development across ten municipalities averaging 45 home starts monthly and managed a consistent conduit of information between sales team and local municipalities for an average of $20 Million in monthly sales. In 2014, they became a Consultant (Acquisitions/Business Development) at Creek Properties, LLC. Finally, in 2016, they became a Co-Founder & Owner of MilKEEP, LLC.
Kim Uhland's education history includes obtaining a High School Diploma from Holy Cross High School, a Bachelor of Science in Management and International Business from Penn State University (2001-2003), a Certificate in Government Contract Management from Villanova University (2010-2011), and a Master of Science in International Real Estate (Finance) from Florida International University-Hollo School of Real Estate (2012-2013). In 2008, they also obtained a Certified Green Professional from the NAHB.
