Andrea Gerosa

Andrea Gerosa has worked in various roles since 1997. Andrea started as a Business Development Manager at Namco in 1997, then moved on to be a Director M&A and Private Equity at Meliorbanca in 2000. In 2005, they became a Director Private Equity at Sopaf. From 2009 to 2021, they held the position of Partner at Vintage Capital Partners. During this time, they also held the position of Group CFO at Soldo from 2015 to 2019, and Board Member and Group CFO at Akrod from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they became the Chief Financial Officer at BOOM, and in 2022 they assumed the roles of Chief Financial Officer at Milkman Technologies and Group Chief Financial Officer at OneTag.

Andrea Gerosa attended Gonzaga Milano from 1976 to 1989, where they obtained their Maturità Scientifica. Andrea then attended Università Bocconi from 1990 to 1995, where they studied Economics.
