Kellie Hughes has over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry. Kellie served as the Executive Vice President - Operations at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, where they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company's operations, including brand strategy, marketing, training, compliance, and customer experience. Kellie also served as the Senior Vice President - Operations at the same company. Prior to joining Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, they worked as the Director of Operations at JIK Properties, Inc. and held the role of VP Operations at Alliance Residential Company. Kellie began their career at Archstone-Smith, where they served as a VP.

Kellie Hughes pursued their undergraduate studies from 1992 to 1995, attending Saint Mary's College of California. Kellie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics during this time. In 2021, Kellie obtained a certification called "Leading with Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Certificate" from the University of Utah.
