Kim Shires

Kim Shires, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and compliance. They are currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Compliance Manager at the same company from December 2019 to March 2021.

From 2016 to 2019, Kim worked at Bozzuto as the Director of Project Management, where they established the first Project Management Office and collaborated with leaders across departments to ensure project alignment with strategic priorities.
