Maxim Goncharenko

Maxim Goncharenko is a skilled professional with experience in retail leadership and technical support. Currently serving as the Retail Team Lead at Mill Street Brewery since November 2019, Maxim oversees the e-commerce platform, addresses customer service concerns, and manages product stock and delivery solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Retail Associate at Mill Street Brewery, conducting guided beer tastings, and as a Student Laboratory Technician at Seneca College, where Maxim maintained and troubleshot laboratory equipment. Additionally, Maxim led sales efforts for Ex-Sell Sales & Merchandising Canada in the Toronto and Northern Ontario areas.
