Seamus Collins

Seamus Collins has a diverse background in the brewing and retail industries, currently serving as a Production Brewer at Mill Street Brewery since May 2022, after previously holding the position of Assistant Brewer. Prior experience includes a role as a Production Assistant at Sawdust City Brewing Company from July 2021 to October 2021, in addition to a retail background as an Associate at No Frills and a Grocery Associate at Giant Tiger. Seamus Collins holds a diploma in Biotechnology from Humber College, where studies were completed between 2016 and 2018, and further education was pursued at the University of Toronto Mississauga.
