Elaine Magalona Schroeder

Elaine Magalona Schroeder is the Human Resources Director at Millburn Ridgefield Corporation since March 2014. Prior to this role, she held positions such as Human Resources Manager at Nippon Life Benefits and Administrator of Human Resources & HRIS at JCI. Elaine has a degree in Human Resources from Cornell University, a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines, and completed high school at the University of Santo Tomas.
