Consultant: Training Development, Project, And Process Management at Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe

Chelsey Panchot serves as a Consultant for Training Development, Project, and Process Management at Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe since November 2021, while also advising the DEI Leadership Institute in contract writing, partnership strategy, and event planning. An Advisory Board Member of Global Chamber Denver, Chelsey connects businesses with opportunities across numerous metropolitan areas. From October 2020 to July 2023, Chelsey contributed as the Director of Business Development at Tommy Spaulding Companies, focusing on training programs that enhance organizational culture. Prior experience includes various roles at Up with People, where responsibilities spanned sales, tour management, and promotions. Chelsey’s earlier career featured positions as a leasing specialist and public relations specialist, alongside volunteering and educational pursuits, including a BS in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead and coursework at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
