James Hadden

James Hadden has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. James most recently worked as the Director of Infrastructure & Security at Millennial Specialty Insurance, where they led a team and set the strategy for infrastructure and security globally. Prior to that, they served as a System Administrator III at Yokohama Industries Americas Inc., managing concurrent projects and developing policies and procedures for audits and security compliance. James also worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at Creative Lodging Solutions, where they administered various IT systems and provided direction for process improvement and infrastructure enhancements. James has experience in network administration, having worked as an Information Management Sr Specialist at ACS, A Xerox Company, and a Contractor/Network Administrator at Analysts. In addition, they worked as an Integration Specialist at Spherion and a Corporate IT Specialist at Hersha Hospitality Management, LP. James started their career as a Network Engineer/IT consultant at PC Professional, where they designed, implemented, and serviced client's network infrastructure. Throughout their career, James has gained expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, network security, system administration, and infrastructure management.

James Hadden has obtained several certifications and completed various educational programs over the years.

In 2003, James attended the Computer Learning Network and obtained a certification in CompTIA A+. Following this, in 2007, they attended HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, where they studied Cisco Certified Network Associate.

In 2012, James attended Layer8 Training and achieved a certification in CCP-V (Deploying XenDesktop 7). During the same year, they also obtained the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft.

In 2017, James enrolled at StormWind and completed a certificate program in VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage [V6.5]. James also obtained two certifications: Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA - V) and VMware vSphere 6.5 Foundations.

James has continued to enhance their skills through additional certifications. In 2015, they obtained the Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization certification from Citrix. In 2017, they achieved the Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, and in the same year, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.

Further, in 2019, James completed the IL2X: Becoming a Successful Leader (Inclusive Leadership Training) program from Catalyst Inc. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification from CompTIA.

Overall, James Hadden has pursued a range of educational opportunities and certifications to strengthen their knowledge and proficiency in various IT specialties.
