Les Hermitt

Les Hermitt has extensive work experience in various senior roles in the insurance and fintech industries. Les currently serves as the President of Digital Strategy & Innovation at Millennial Specialty Insurance since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Crum & Forster as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and played a key role in driving business and digital transformation, product development, and partner integrations. From 2014 to 2017, Les held leadership positions at QBE North America, including VP Transformation Leader and VP Business Relationship Management. Les also gained experience at QBE FIRST as the VP of Transformational Programs. Earlier in their career, Les worked at N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, Inc. and Wipro Technologies in client integrations and senior consultant roles, respectively. Les also served as the VP of Program Office at Wells Real Estate Funds and as the Director of Program Office at Ochsner Health Plan. Les Hermitt's work experience spans over 25 years and demonstrates their expertise in driving digital transformation, product development, and process automation.

Les Hermitt attended Pace University from 1986 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
